November 11-December 8 for a 30-minute live workout holiday fitness challenge designed to get you moving and energized! This dynamic session combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with core and exercises that target your lower and upper body to keep your spirits high while burning calories. Suitable for all fitness levels, you'll enjoy a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility moves, all set to everyday and a mix of holiday tunes.
Minimum equipment required and all workouts can be done at home. If you miss a LIVE workout no worries! All workouts will be available inside my BMOORE FIT app.

If you need a more personalized workout plan to fit your needs and lifestyle you will benefit from a personalized program. You will meet with Brittany in person or virtually to complete your assessment and also discuss your goals. From there Brittany will create a program that fits your needs and help strengthen your weak areas. Brittany will also check in with you and answer any questions you may have.

Small Group Training
Have a group of 4 that would love to work towards their fitness goals together? As a group you will receive the same workouts that you can do on your own and then twice per week you can schedule a time for your group to train with Brittany in person. All workouts will have video demonstrations.
